HOARHAUS STUDIOS is a contemporary architecture company located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, led by Parker J. Hoar — a licensed architect with experience working closely with clients since 2011.
His values come from his formative roots growing up in New England. Son of a landscape architect - urban planner and a forestry-biologist dedicated to reducing environmental impact of energy projects; Parker looks at architecture from outside the spaces he constructs, just as much as he works from their inside to make them energy-efficient and sustainable. For this reason Parker became a Certified Passive House Designer, and supporter of architecture as a civic service.
The best projects in the portfolio all started with engagement as a tool for generating design direction. That is why the design process relies heavily on participation to distill the ideas, values, and needs of a new space.

Through professional knowledge of construction technology, laws, ecology, and history, the company seeks to reveal beautiful, efficient, and playful new solutions that integrate naturally back into our world.
Most of all he loves working with a diversity of clients who are open to engaging in the design process with him.
